De la formación previa a la formación permanente. Propuestas para la transformación del docente en ejercicio

Abstract

Para América Latina y el Caribe, los cambios en el siglo XXI, vienen dados por los modelos económicos sociales que se vienen construyendo en los países de la CELAC, MERCOSUR, ALBA entre otros, que transitan hacia sociedades cada vez más justas, solidarias o en la construcción de relaciones de complementariedad lo cual plantea un desafío en el campo de la formación permanente del docente en ejercicio que se enfrenta a esta realidad cambiante y que, su formación previa viene adosada como una forma preestablecida, aséptica y normal de lo que exige el momento histórico. Se plantea una propuesta de formación desde la articulación de las instituciones universitarias con los movimientos sociales pedagógicos de base, los cuales podrían generar propuestas formativas para politizar al maestro en ejercicio.
