Apuntes sobre la evaluación, la neurociencia y la autoevaluación en la formación de docentes de la universidad nacional de educación

Abstract

La evaluación es un proceso y resultado que hoy en el ámbito educativo universitario sigue en discusión; en Ecuador se integra esta realidad. Las Instituciones de Educación Superior juegan un rol protagónico en la formación de las nuevas generaciones de profesionales que necesita el país; en particular la Universidad Nacional de Educación (UNAE) en la formación de docentes de excelencia. La evaluación, la neurociencia y la autoevaluación se articulan armónicamente para el logro de la plenitud y la felicidad de los docentes comprometidos, reflexivos, críticos, independientes, con un alto nivel de autoestima, sólidos valores, capaz de autorregularse, autoperfeccionarse, autoeducarse y por tanto, autoevaluarse; en pos de una educación renovada. Por tanto, la UNAE, tiene el reto permanente de articular en su gestión una autoevaluación basada en su modelo con nuevos mecanismos que permitan la retroalimentación de docente para que responda a las exigencias de la sociedad ecuatoriana.
