Las escuelas unidocentes y la planificación simultánea. Una experiencia del ecuador actual

Abstract

Este artículo de reflexión, ha sido diseñado como parte de las investigaciones inherentes a la Gestión Académica del Centro de Apoyo de la UNAE en San Vicente – Manabí. Uno de los componentes de dicha gestión es la Formación de Docentes en la Carrera de Educación General Básica, modalidad: Distancia, en el marco de la profesionalización. Se constituye en un medio de expresión del colectivo docente del Centro de Apoyo con relación al Modelo de Gestión Académica contextualizado y que sirve de antecedente para las transformaciones y mejoras del Proceso de Enseñanza – Aprendizaje en Escuelas Unidocentes de Ecuador. Se revisaron documentos rectores de la carrera, se visitaron clases en Escuelas Unidocentes; que gestaron la necesidad de una planificación simultánea con una mirada diferente desde la práctica y la teoría para regresar a una práctica pedagógica enriquecida. A través de artículo se hace una valoración que permite atender a la formación de docentes de excelencia en el contexto ecuatoriano actual, incidiéndose en la Provincia de Manabí para luego devenir en el resto de los territorios.
