Lectura crítica de la formación de docentes y las políticas públicas en educación en Colombia

Abstract

El artículo inicia con el análisis de las definiciones y antecedentes de Políticas Educativas de la Educación en Colombia, llegando a la formación de docentes, donde se hace un recorrido por las distintas acciones y documentos resultado de los procesos anteriores. Se describe cómo estos esfuerzos han ido afianzando terreno a través de los escenarios participativos y la elaboración de algunos documentos, normativas, entre otras, que sirvieron como base para la formulación de las conclusiones de este escrito. También a nivel nacional se realiza una descripción sobre la formación de docentes, incluyendo las instituciones, características y problemáticas, así como los sistemas y las políticas de formación, teniendo como referencia algunas conclusiones realizadas en otras investigaciones.
