Abstract

El principal objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar una investigación que condujera al conocimiento de la formación docente en sus aspectos personales y profesionales haciendo énfasis en los perfiles idóneos que debe tener un docente de educación inicial para generar una formación de alta calidad.
