Abstract

En Latinoamérica, siendo el caso de países como Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brasil y México, las últimas décadas han permitido acortar distancias en cuanto a una oferta y demanda internacional, para mantenerse en desarrollo y ser competitivos, se estudian reformas y políticas educativas encaminadas al desarrollo tecnológico, científico, económico e integral del ser humano.
