Abstract

El autor hace un acercamiento a las relaciones de la ciencia y la tecnología con el Estado y el Poder, el proceso de toma de decisiones en el campo científico y tecnológico y los mecanismos de control por parte de la sociedad civil; la interrelación de los diversos actores en la elaboración de políticas de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación y la planificación por parte del Estado.
