Presentación de un caso aislado de aplasia cutis en Neonatología

Abstract

Se presenta un caso de Aplasia Cutis, cuyo diagnóstico se corroboró por clínica. La paciente, una Recién nacida de 30 min de edad, con un Peso al nacer: 2800gr, talla: 50cm, circunferencia cefálica: 35cm, circunferencia torácica: 31.5 cm, desde el momento del nacimiento se observa ausencia de piel en cuero cabelludo, en forma de alas de mariposa.
