La Pedagogía Critica Revolucionaria de Peter McLaren en el siglo XXI

Abstract

En este ensayo el autor, de manera póstuma nos deja los elementos esclarecedores internos, de cómo la Pedagogía Crítica de Peter McLaren, difiere en sus componentes teórico-ideológicos de otras formas conceptuales y procedimentales que si bien se denominan genéricamente “Pedagogía Crítica”, son meras representaciones no sustentables en cuanto a lo que significó esta nomenclatura para su precursor y principal padre fundador: Freire. Por ello consiste en un texto de referencia para entender la evolución del pensamiento pedagógico crítico de la región, que va de la mano de lo analíticosintético y la reflexión vivencial del autor como director de una de las fundaciones de Pedagogía Crítica de Peter McLaren, diseminadas por América Latina y Asia.
