Abstract

Sustentado en métodos empíricos como la entrevista a profundidad las encuestas y estudios descriptivos longitudinales, se desarrolla este ensayo que muestra las interioridades de la Educación Superior en Cuba de cara a los retos del siglo XXI en materia educativa. Se adentra el autor en las singularidades del proceso, las deformaciones estructurales, las definiciones procesuales y sus justificantes para determinar principalmente el porqué de la no asunción de determinados retos bien fundamentados desde la sistematización bibliográfica en la región Latinoamericana.
