Los nuevos desafíos del siglo XXI para los docentes en formación de la Universidad Santiago de Cali. Una mirada desde los congresos y eventos internacionales

Abstract

En el presente artículo se abordará las impresiones que tienen algunos docentes en formación de los diversos programas que actualmente brinda la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Santiago de Cali (USC), Con el fin de responder cuáles son las posturas actuales referente a los Desafíos que deben enfrentar los docentes una vez que culmine su profesión, lo anterior se sustenta en algunos congresos que se realizaron en tres universidades de la ciudad de Cali, entre ellas la Universidad Santiago de Cali, La Universidad del Valle, La Universidad Autónoma de Occidente. En los congresos se rescatan los inquietantes y múltiples desafíos que actualmente atraviesa nuestro planeta tierra y que inspiraran de una o múltiples formas a la manera en como estos desafíos se deben llevar al aula por parte de nuestros egresados.
