Etapas y tendencias actuales de la dirección deportiva: hacia un acercamiento de su función educativa

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta se genera por la necesidad de perfeccionar la actividad de dirección en la esfera deportiva, en sus contenidos y las herramientas teórico-prácticas. En cierta medida es un intento más de la instrumentación adecuada de la Estrategia Nacional de Preparación y Superación de los Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno y sus Reservas, que trata de garantizar el desarrollo de los dirigentes deportivos y cumplir con los principios de esta estrategia. Se sustenta en el objetivo de dar respuestas a las exigencias fundamentales para el fortalecimiento de las habilidades directivas de los cuadros y la evaluación del impacto de su preparación a partir del resultado de su trabajo y el cumplimiento de las funciones inherentes a su cargo; puesto que las condiciones actuales para la dirección carecen en este ámbito de la determinación de la singularidad que encierra la función educativa de esta labor.
