Metamodelo meditativo en el tratamiento de la ansiedad en trastornos neuróticos

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado a resolver la problemática de: ¿Cómo paliar los nefastos efectos de los trastornos neuróticos en la salud mental de las personas aquejadas por ellos y en la economía? Teniendo en cuenta que el objetivo de esta investigación está centrado en validar la efectividad de un metamodelo creado sobre las bases de la meditación oriental en la lucha contra la neurosis aplicada como terapia complementaria. En Cuba hay carencia de investigaciones en la rama de la Medicina Natural y Tradicional que comprendan a la meditación oriental como una herramienta para el tratamiento de este tipo de padecimiento mental. La metodología aplicada, así como la probada eficiencia de los métodos científicos utilizados, prueban la efectividad de este metamodelo y abre el camino para futuras investigaciones en la utilización de la meditación oriental y sus muchas variantes en la rehabilitación de la salud mental. El metamodelo meditativo se encuentra elaborado en forma de folleto que puede ser utilizado de manera autodidacta por las personas interesadas en lograr el tan ansiado equilibrio mente-cuerpo.
