Intervención educativa para modificar conocimientos en padres de pacientes menores de quince años con factores de riesgo a padecer Nematodiasis

Abstract

Estudio de intervención educativa en el Consultorio Médico de la Familia No. 18 del Policlínico Docente “Cesar Fornet Frutos”, del municipio de Banes, con el objetivo modificar los conocimientos en padres o tutores de pacientes menores de quince años con factores de riesgo a padecer nematodiasis. El universo estuvo constituido por todos los pacientes menores de quince años y la muestra por 90 pacientes con riesgo a padecer parasitismo. Se elaboró una encuesta que se aplicó al inicio y al final de la intervención, para recoger los datos de interés, cuyos resultados se expusieron, en gráficas y tablas respectivamente. La modalidad de las encuestas fue adecuado e inadecuado según el nivel de conocimientos de los pacientes que al inicio de la intervención fue inadecuado y adecuado al final del programa educativo revertir estos resultados a adecuado al 100,0%. Se sugiere trabajar y aplicar este tipo de intervenciones educativas en grupos de riesgo y lograr incrementar la percepción de riesgos.
