Abstract

Este artículo pretende coadyuvar con la construcción de estrategias para el mejoramiento de la calidad académica en Latinoamérica, presentando un modelo de investigación fácil de aplicar que además de priorizar la percepción del estudiantado acerca de su proceso de formación, permite identificar asociaciones, fortalezas, potencialidades y debilidades en los procesos pedagógicos, la investigación y la proyección social y así contribuir en la elaboración de planes estratégicos para fortalecer las distintas áreas del conocimiento de la educación superior en el continente.
