Abstract

El artículo forma parte de los resultados de la sistematización teórica de la autora principal en la que se muestra una actualización de la evaluación de la competencia profesional de los docentes de la educación superior. Específicamente las investigadoras abordan la competencia pedagógica y didáctica como elemento constitutivos de perfeccionamiento en la Educación superior cubana en el contexto de la acreditación y la integración universitaria.
