Pedagogía crítica y formación de valores en Cuba: una visión crítico-reflexiva

Abstract

Las Ciencias Sociales en general y la Pedagogía, en particular, se reconstruyen constantemente debido a la naturaleza cambiante de su objeto de estudio, lo cual ha provocado el debate académico en torno a su autonomía, amplitud, dependencia y epistemología. Estos hechos no deben constituirse en sustento de un pensamiento pesimista acerca de la legitimidad de la Pedagogía, sino en incentivo para su enriquecimiento permanente. En estos tiempos en que el hombre se informatiza y la informática se optimiza en función del bienestar humano se establece un nexo entre los grandes adelantos científico-técnicos y las necesidades en el ámbito educativo, del cual emanan nuevas formas de interpretar, explicar y encausar la teoría pedagógica.
