Abstract

O presente artigo apresenta os conhecimentos teóricos acerca da importância da Inteligência Emocional no aspecto pessoal e profissional, abordando os parâmetros de desenvolvimento pessoal, treinamento/capacitação, liderança e os tipos de líderes presentes nas organizações. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é demonstrar a importância do envolvimento da inteligência emocional no processo sistêmico em treinamento e no desenvolvimento de lideranças. Já os objetivos específicos são os seguintes: Discorrer sobre a inteligência emocional; comentar as variações típicas de inteligência emocional; Falar sobre treinamento; Demonstrar como ocorre o desenvolvimento de pessoas; Esclarecer o que é liderança. Nesta pesquisa destacamos a importância, tipos e perfil de liderança e sua suma contribuição para as organizações. Abordamos a competitividade de mercado e como as organizações, podem manter seus rendimentos, desenvolvendo e valorizando seus colaboradores.
