O E-Procurement como ferramenta de compras: um estudo de caso em uma instituição privada do setor de saúde

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta as vantagens da implementação de um portal de compras por uma instituição privada do setor de saúde para as aquisições de produtos indiretos. Os benefícios verificados na pesquisa bibliográfica são confirmados pelos usuários, que tiveram seus pontos coletados a partir de respostas a um questionário, assim como através de uma entrevista com o gestor de compras da empresa. Os principais benefícios levantados foram ganhos de tempo, redução de custos e melhor transparência.
