Aplicación de herramientas de análisis de redes sociales a la gestión de la seguridad y salud del trabajo

Abstract

El artículo muestra la validación, a nivel de expertos utilizando el Método de Kendall, de los enfoques que caracterizan el estudio y la práctica de la seguridad y salud del trabajo, sistema que es reconocido como medio, que permite incidir de forma positiva en la competitividad de las organizaciones. Se propone una herramienta basada en el análisis de redes sociales destinada a identificar los actores, inventariar los espacios de cooperación, evaluar estos dos elementos y trazarse estrategias encaminadas a fortalecer la cooperación y el aprendizaje social. La propuesta constituye un complemento a un procedimiento de gestión de seguridad y salud del trabajo desarrollado, que puede ser empleada dada la naturaleza social de este sistema.
