Diversificación de la producción de sal como emprendimiento comunitario a mujeres asociadas

Abstract

La sal se constituye en el condimento de mayor antigüedad utilizado por el ser humano, es un producto de mucha importancia, no solo en la preparación de alimentos, sino también en el uso industrial que cada día se incrementa más. En tiempos remotos fue utilizado como moneda y es que, tan valioso era, que en la antigua Roma los centuriones cobraban su sueldo en sal. El cloruro de sodio es fácil encontrarlo abundantemente en las Costas de todo el mundo, es así como, para los habitantes de la comuna La Gilces de la parroquia Crucita se constituye en su mayor fuente de ingresos. Se plantearon dos interrogantes: ¿Cuentan las mujeres de la asociación Asprosal con herramientas financieras? ¿Han realizado algún análisis financiero? El objetivo de la investigación es diseñar un análisis financiero que permita tener un conocimiento previo para que se efectúe el proceso de diversificación de la producción de sal como emprendimiento comunitario de mujeres asociadas.
