Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue de Explicar desde una visión diacrónica la planificación curricular y perfil profesional de las Secretarias Ejecutivas graduadas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí en el periodo 2010 – 2019, para ello se aplicó una metodología de carácter mixta, con corte descriptiva – exploratorio que permitió a través de métodos como los bibliográficos, analíticos, reflexivo a través de técnicas como la Recopilación Documental y entrevista, usar instrumentos como la ficha bibliográfica y guía de entrevista, logrando hacer participe en la misma a 163 profesionales graduadas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí en la carrera de Secretariado Ejecutivo, que están laborando y ejerciendo la profesión en las diferentes instituciones públicas y privadas de la ciudad, provincia y región.
