Economia nas organizações: gestão da inovação e aspectos criativos

Abstract

O cenário mundial passou por transformações, as quais tiveram impacto na forma de produzir, implementar e gerir a inovação. Desta forma o objetivo do presente estudo é ressaltar a importância da gestão da inovação na contemporaneidade, de romper paradigmas, motivando colaboradores para serem criativos e, ainda, apresentarem sugestões que auxiliem no desenvolvimento das organizações. Para a fundamentação teórica, a metodologia aplicada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica. Identificou-se alguns resultados, em que foi possível conhecimento baseado na inovação prova cada vez mais suas virtudes de verificação e de descoberta em relação a todos os outros modos de conhecimento.
