Estilos de vida relacionados a la existencia de sobrepeso en mujeres durante la etapa de gestación

Abstract

Tomando en cuenta que al sobrepeso es considerada una enfermedad de esta última generación debido al desorden alimenticio y sedentarismo de la humanidad, en especial de las mujeres en período fértil; que el embarazo es un proceso de desarrollo de un nuevo ser concebido a través de la fecundación incurriendo en la alteración de hormonas que regulan funciones fisiológicas corporales; y que así mismo se ha intensificado la busqueda de soluciones de salud pública en el aspecto reproductivo, embarazo y neonatal, se ha generado un documento técnico – científico con la finalidad de realizar la descripción de los estilos de vida relacionados a la presencia de sobrepeso en mujeres embarazadas durante la etapa de gestación detallando el tipo de alimentación no saludable que tienen las embarazadas y el tipo de alimentación saludable que deben tener.
