Abstract

Los conflictos constituyen un tema muy complejo y controvertido, que están indisolublemente asociados a las relaciones sociales, formando parte de la cultura de humana. Las investigaciones sobre los conflictos son una práctica poco sistematizada en la sociedad cubana. El trabajo tiene como objetivos ofrecer algunas consideraciones teóricas sobre el conflicto social, esclareciendo conceptos básicos para su tratamiento, describir la dinámica del conflicto, a partir del análisis de sus componentes, causas y el modo en que evoluciona, así como proponer alternativas para su tratamiento desde una óptica positiva.
