Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es informar el análisis desde la perspectiva de los representantes de las instituciones que conforman la Red de Apoyo al Desarrollo Jardim Felicidade (RADJF), los factores que promueven u obstaculizan la intersectorialidad en la perspectiva de la gestión social con características de innovación social y empoderamiento de desarrollo local El barrio Jardim Felicidade surgió en 1987, está ubicado en Belo Horizonte (MG). Tiene dieciocho mil quinientos cuarenta y dos habitantes, donde una gran parte de esta población tiene un déficit en empleo e ingresos, saneamiento básico e infraestructura.
