Experiencias de la inclusión de personas con discapacidad en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

La inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad es atendida en el Ecuador, por lo que se consideró como propósito del estudio describir el proceso de selección y seguimiento que se da a este tipo de trabajador en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Se realizó una investigación de campo que incluyó el levantamiento de información documental, entrevista al Director de Talento Humano, la encargada de la Unidad de Talento Humano y a los 50 servidores con discapacidad; la información recogida fue analizada e interpretada mediante datos estadísticos y un análisis descriptivo.
