Abstract

La comida y su elaboración, es fundamental para el desarrollo del ser humano. En Cuba, país caribeño lleno de tradiciones culinarias, la cocina resume las características de la población que la conforma: mezcla de sabores, ingredientes y saberes de aborígenes, españoles y africanos en general, que dieron origen a un ajiaco propio de estas tierras.
