Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta tiene como tema: Propuesta de un sistema de acciones de orientación educativa para la prevención del maltrato infantil. Su objetivo fundamental es capacitar y orientar al personal del área de salud acerca de la prevención del maltrato infantil tomando como punto de partida el trabajo preventivo comunitario y su accionar con las diferentes agencias sociales en la disminución de factores que inciden en este fenómeno en la sociedad cubana actual. La herramienta fundamental que se utiliza en la implementación de las acciones lo constituye la orientación educativa que a través del diálogo ético reflexivo de los participantes promueve una cultura de prevención donde se potencia el rol social del médico y enfermera de la familia en la protección a la niñez y la adolescencia.
