Control social formal en la prevención del delito contra la vida

Abstract

En los últimos años se ha experimentado en la provincia de Guantánamo un incremento de la comisión del delito contra la vida evidenciándose una mayor incidencia en las comunidades; escenario importante para el desarrollo histórico de nuestra nación, como factor estratégico y elemento táctico de nuestro proyecto social. En tal sentido, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: valorar la relación que existe entre el papel preventivo de las agencias socializadoras formales en el incremento del delito contra la vida para elaborar un conjunto de recomendaciones que contribuyan a disminuir la problemática.
