Evaluación del impacto de la capacitación en la gestión de los procesos que desarrolla el Centro Universitario Municipal de Jobabo

Abstract

El trabajo investigativo se realizó en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Jobabo (Las Tunas), en colaboración con los directivos y algunos docentes de la institución. El mismo se enfoca en determinar las principales insuficiencias que presenta la capacitación que ofrece el centro fundamentalmente a los docentes, y el interés propio de los mismos por la superación profesional. El trabajo persigue como objetivo central, realizar un diagnóstico al proceso de capacitación y desarrollo de los docentes y evaluar el impacto e influencia que tiene sobre la gestión de los procesos del CUM, aportando ideas que contribuyan en algún grado a la solución de las deficiencias que puedan existir en este campo.
