Abstract

La investigación responde a la línea investigativa: Roles de Género del Proyecto Mujer, Género y Desarrollo Local, que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba. Lograr que el hombre y la mujer se conviertan en verdaderos compañeros en la vida, capaces de sustituir los vínculos de subordinación y compartir los derechos sociales de colaboración y equidad, potenciar valores profundamente humanos, más allá de las diferencias de género heredas de generación en generación, cultivar las cualidades de la personalidad que permitan a las niñas y las mujer formar su autoestima para desarrollarse en los diferentes espacios educativos.
