Violencia intrafamiliar entre los indígenas Ráramuris del municipio de Guachochi, Chihuahua, México

Abstract

El presente artículo es el producto de una investigación a partir de la inquietud de Alba Yaneth Gutiérrez Palma, quien fue estudiante Ráramuri (Tarahumara) del Programa Educativo de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma Intercultural de Sinaloa, que se ubica en la comunidad indígena de Mochicahui, El Fuerte, Sinaloa, México. Alba Yaneth es originaria de la comunidad de Ciénega Prieta municipio de Guachochi, Chihuahua y expresó su inquietud sobre el aumento de los casos de violencia intrafamiliar que suceden en su comunidad así como en otras comunidades indígenas cercanas a su hogar, y este problema fue su propuesta de investigación que fructificó en una tesis que le permitió obtener su título de Licenciada en Derecho.
