Intervención educativa para modificar el nivel de conocimientos sobre alcoholismo en pacientes con riesgo. Guaimaro 2018

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio de intervención en el Consultorio del Médico de la Familia No 16, perteneciente al Policlínico Docente Victoria de Girón, Guáimaro en el período comprendido entre octubre del 2017 a junio del 2018, con el objetivo de modificar el nivel de conocimiento sobre alcoholismo en pacientes con riesgo de adicción entre 20 y 59 años. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por 62 sujetos aloetiquetados como consumidores de riesgo y la muestra por 48 de ellos. La información se obtuvo de la historia clínica individual, el examen clínico. Se empleó como instrumento una entrevista (Test de Identificación de Trastornos por consumo de Alcohol (AUDIT)) y un cuestionario, que incluyó variables relacionadas con el conocimiento sobre el aloholismo, factores de riesgo y complicaciones.
