Control de gestión orientado a la excelencia; una aproximación teórica desde las ciencias sociales

Abstract

La esencia de la gestión empresarial imprime particularidades al proceso de control de gestión, especialmente por la necesidad de controlar los impactos de estas empresas en los clientes, el personal y la sociedad desde el aprovechamiento eficaz de sus capacidades. El objetivo esta investigación es realizar un análisis de la relación entre las dimensiones o perspectivas asociadas al control de gestión y los criterios de excelencia, desde un enfoque teórico, permitiendo la integración de los elementos de ambas teorías para el desarrollo integral de organizaciones; llegando a definir el concepto de “control de gestión orientado a la excelencia†, sobre la base de la integración de ambas teorías.
