Enfoques metodológicos para la comprensión de lo territorial-local en el desarrollo. El caso cubano

Abstract

En este artículo se realiza una revisión teórica acerca de los elementos más significativos que permitan comprender los nexos entre lo local y lo territorial, sobre la base de una amplia bibliografía de autores nacionales e internacionales si se tiene en cuenta que es una problemática en la que lo global y lo local se entrelazan. Se exponen algunas particularidades del caso cubano contexto en que el municipio como dimensión territorial alcanza desde el año 1976, a partir de la división política administrativa, y hasta la actualidad una extraordinaria connotación para el desarrollo local.
