Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objeto analizar factores de riesgo y factores de protección con enfoque prioritario hacia las acciones para prevenir el uso y consumo de drogas de las personas privadas de libertad, previstas en la Constitución de la República, esto de conformidad al Reglamento a Ley Prevención Integral Fenómeno Socio Económico Drogas, según el artículo 6 que es la atención prioritaria, pero nos vamos a centrar de manera concreta a los privados de libertad, por lo que son ellos los que sufren una constante interrupción a un tratamiento y rehabilitación a su adicción, por el entorno que conviven, esto dentro de los centros penitenciarios de forma constante y vinculada con sustancias sujetas a fiscalización.
