Abstract

El desarrollo profesional de sí mismo, no es más que la autorrealización, auto dirección y autoconocimiento, que conlleva a un mejoramiento del nivel de vida familiar, laboral, social y bienestar personal, cuyo objetivo no es solo lograr un camino de excelencia y transformación personal para ser líderes del nuevo siglo, sino enriquecer más aun su conocimiento pero todo ello conlleva una serie prejuicios que se encuentran marcados en la vida profesional. La ética en el lugar de trabajo juega un papel vital tanto en el desarrollo profesional como en el crecimiento profesional.
