Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo de ser utilizado como un importante documento de estudio en los cursos sobre el sistema político, la real necesidad de la integración en América Latina y el Caribe, así como el proceso de cambio que necesitan las sociedades marginadas y explotadas con la acción de los partidos de Izquierda y los pueblos y organizaciones sociales de avanzada para lograr la verdadera igualdad y equidad social de los pueblos. Para el mismo se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos. La introducción de la solidaridad y la cooperación en el escenario donde solamente existían los intercambios mercantiles y las ventajas comparativas del mercado es lo novedoso para resolver los graves déficit sociales acumulados en salud, educación, desarrollo tecnológico, fomento de empresas conjuntas, desarrollo de una estrategia energética y de la complementación productiva, todo ello por supuesto sin olvidar el comercio
