Abstract

En la actualidad los sistemas educativos se presentan en las sociedades como importantes actores que posibilitan el cumplimiento de múltiples metas y objetivos que los gobiernos se proyectan alcanzar, es por esto que la comunicación al interior de las organizaciones educativas se presenta como un importante pilar para dinamizar las acciones de la gestión educativa y el quehacer de quien está asumiendo la responsabilidad de dirigir y liderar el destino en una institución de educación.
