La formación docente desde los retos de las políticas educativas en la sociedad latinoamericana

Abstract

En un sistema educativo es determinante el actuar de los docentes como miembros activos de una realidad muy clara como lo es la educación y la formación integral de las personas, es así como las políticas educativas y en general las reformas en la educación aúnan esfuerzos por alcanzar cada vez más y mejores resultados en la calidad de la educación, situación que pone en contexto la necesidad de comprender como los docentes y el directivos docentes que hace parte de un sistema educativo en un determinado país, demuestran y evidencian la mejor y más adecuada formación y cualificación para ejercer esta importante y determínate labor en la sociedad actual, como lo es la docencia.
