Evaluación del mercado turístico proyectándose hacia un turismo accesible en el destino Manta/Manabí

Abstract

La inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en el turismo, ha cobrado relevancia en los últimos años, logrando impulsar leyes y normativas a nivel mundial, y productos turísticos que permiten generar un entorno más igualitario, participación y el pleno goce, de todos sus derechos. Por lo tanto, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo desarrollar la evaluación del mercado turístico en el destino Manta/Manabí, para su proyección hacia un turismo accesible, para dar cumplimiento a lo propuesto se procedió a establecer la metodología, para lo cual en primera instancia se realizó la revisión bibliográfica relacionada a la accesibilidad en los destinos turísticos, realizado el análisis de criterios por autores, los mismos que fueron los siguientes : Damazio, & Gallardo, (2009), Fundación ONCE, (2009), Guajardo, García, & Sánchez, (2012), Martos, (2012), y Medina, (2017).
