Abstract

Responsável pela movimentação de mais de 60% de toda a carga que trafega no território nacional, o segmento de transportes rodoviários de cargas é de fundamental importância à medida que reduz a distância e permite o intercâmbio de bens entre as mais diversas comunidades. Para sobreviver no mercado de hoje, uma empresa precisa satisfazer os clientes fornecendo bens e prestando serviços de qualidade. Isto exige uma reavaliação contínua das necessidades dos clientes e um compromisso inabalável de mudar quando necessário, para satisfazer ou superar as expectativas deles.
