El desarrollo local en el sector agropecuario en Cuba, una proyección estratégica

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo explicar lo realizado en el sector agropecuario en Cuba en los últimos dos años, producto de la estrategia de desarrollo local que se fomentó a partir de un impuesto tributario al sector estatal con ese objetivo. Se expone en el trabajo la estructura de poder de Cuba a partir de los órganos locales del poder popular y como estos han logrado realizar proyectos comunitarios de desarrollo en zonas rurales y urbanas, además se explica cómo esta estrategia ha repercutido en la repoblación de los campos implicando una mejor cultivación y utilización de las tierras enclavadas en estas comunidades rurales.
