Competencias laborales de las secretarias del Gad`s del Cantón Portoviejo, Manabí – Ecuador

Abstract

El artículo tuvo como objetivo Detallar las competencias laborales en cuanto al sistema de archivo de las secretarias del GAD Portoviejo, para ello partió de recorrido histórico de cómo se desarrolló el accionar profesional de las secretarias en cuanto a los temas de archivos, por ser importante y referente en el tiempo y el espacio, para ello aplicó una investigación de corte cuantitativo, con una metodología descriptica, con los métodos bibliográficos, estadísticos, reflexivos y explicativos, a un total de 60 secretarias graduadas de la UTM que laboral en el GAD de Portoviejo en los diferentes departamentos y empresas públicas, la conclusión que se lleva es que el GAD`s de Portoviejo se lleva un sistema computarizado de Archivo de documentos secretariales, tomando como referencia el método de González (2015).
