Abstract

El proceso de gestión y la información del conocimiento juega un papel importante en las organizaciones, instituciones y actores locales, identifica, ordena, comparte y crea todo tipo de oportunidades para satisfacer necesidades presentes y futuras. Y es que se hace necesario construir conocimientos que permitan dar respuestas adecuadas e inmediatas ante las circunstancias que se presenten en cada momento. Para ello se hace inminente disponer de información sin la cual no es posible construir dicho conocimiento en aras de mejorar, avanzar, lo que permite superar dificultades y resolver problemas.
