Abstract

El desarrollo de la universidad en cada Municipio se ha convertido en un espacio importante de realización personal y colectiva, ha demostrado que nuestro país cuenta con una significativa fuerza profesional altamente preparada, siendo posible utilizar de manera racional y óptima los recursos materiales y humanos disponibles en cada Municipio en función de la educación y la elevación cultural de nuestro pueblo y se ha reconocido su contribución al desarrollo sociocultural, político y económico de la sociedad en general.
