Las actividades de archivo como gestión empresarial de la secretaria ejecutiva en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

El articulo responde a una necesidad de la carrera de Secretaria Ejecutivo de detallar las actividades generales que se hacen en un archivo como gestión empresarial en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí; para ello se aplicó una investigación cualicuantitativa, con una metodología descriptiva y de síntesis, con los métodos bibliográficos, interpretativos, deductivos; con las técnicas de la recopilación documental, encuesta y la entrevista; y con los instrumentos de la guía de encuesta, guía de entrevista y ficha bibliográfica, se contó con una población compuesta por 170 secretarias que laboran en los predios de la UTM, en sus diferentes departamentos.
