Abstract

En la actualidad las mujeres adultas han conquistado todos los espacios de dirección y se desempeñan exitosamente en los mismos, pero cabe preguntar: ¿Cómo se sienten al hacerlo? ¿Cuál es el precio que pagan en tiempo y salud por cumplir la tarea? De ahí que esta investigación se emprende con el objetivo de Identificar los principales malestares somáticos y psicológicos que experimentan las mujeres adultas dirigentes en la Filial de Ciencias Médicas “Dr. Efraín Benítez Popa†, de Bayamo, Granma, Cuba.
