Abstract

Pese a que los trastornos mentales llevan siglos considerándose enfermedades, la salud mental siempre ha sido un tema taboo, tanto para las personas comunes como para profesionales ajenos a la rama médica. Por lo que el objetivo del siguiente escrito es analizar, desde el punto de vista de la ética y la moral, que aspectos son fundamentales a considerar por un profesional del área de manteniendo cuando se lleva a cabo trabajos en un área tan desconocida y sensible como es la de la salud mental.
